Panterra is growing and is looking for key personnel to join our sales force – a strategic sales manager and a technical sales lead. With us, you will work closely with industry demanding customers, in a solid professional environment and with strong influence. We mostly work within the Oil and Gas industry, with ambitions of future growth in hydropower and new opportunities within the defence sector.

Strategic Sales Manager

Is this you:

  • You have a proven track record and experience in B2B sales, preferably in Oil and Gas, Energy, and/or Defence sectors.

  • You understand technical requirements and know how to position value in complex projects.

  • You build strong relationships and are confident in high-level negotiations.

  • You have a strategic approach and the ability to elevate sales work to the next level.

As Strategic Sales Manager, your duties will encompass a range of tasks; including:

  • Lead sales work towards existing and new customers.

  • Work closely with engineering and production to develop customer required solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities.

  • Represent Panterra professionally in meetings, trade fairs and negotiations.

Technical Sales Lead

Is this you:

  • You have technical insight and experience with solution sales in the industry.

  • You are able to understand and communicate customer needs in a practical and value-driven way.

  • You work in a structured manner and are triggered by creating activity and results.

  • You are both an advisor and a relationship builder, and comfortable with technical dialogues.

As Technical Sales Lead, your duties will encompass:

  • Seek out and develop relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Assist our customers with offers on existing designs, and development of new solutions.

  • Design and follow up on offers in close collaboration with our professional teams.

  • Contribute to market visibility and development in new segments
